All Muddy Dragon Survival School activities involve a degree of physical activity and outdoor exposure. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Muddy Dragon Survival School sessions are family-based activities. Parents or carers remain responsible for the supervision and conduct of the children in their care at all times unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that both they and the children attending are medically fit to participate. Any relevant medical conditions, behavioural considerations, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed in advance.
Participants are expected to follow all safety guidance and instructions given by the group leader throughout the session. By attending, participants agree to follow the rules and direction set out by Muddy Dragon Survival School staff.
Any antisocial, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in participants being asked to leave the session.
Muddy Dragon Survival School cannot accept responsibility for incidents arising from failure to follow instructions or from unsafe behaviour by participants.
Muddy Dragon Survival School accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal property brought to sessions.
Weather conditions, locations, and planned activities may be adjusted at short notice where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
